In this regard, our Company processes your personal data in compliance with KVKK and all other relevant personal data protection legislation, ensures the secure storage of your data, and takes all necessary security measures against unauthorized access. 2. Method of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Reasons for Processing
Your personal data is collected by our Company, either fully or partially through automated or non-automated means, provided that it is part of a data recording system, via electronic and/or physical channels, including job application forms, interviews, emails, other communication tools, various career portals, professional human resources firms, career offices, public institutions, and other future-added methods (channels) in accordance with the contractual necessity, legitimate interest, and explicit consent personal data processing conditions as stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK.

3. Categories of Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Within the scope of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK, your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating and concluding job applications and, if you provide explicit consent, for evaluating your resume for existing or future positions within the Company and conducting reference checks. • Managing employee/intern/student selection and placement processes within the Company's human resources policies,
• Managing candidate application processes,

• Improving and refining recruitment principles and implementing the Company's business and commercial strategies,
• Ensuring security within the Company, particularly workplace security.

4. Duration of Personal Data Processing
Your personal data obtained during Company activities are stored and destroyed in accordance with our Company's retention and disposal policies, which are prepared in compliance with the Constitution, KVKK, the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data, and other relevant legislation.

• To references specified by the candidate for reference checks.

6. Rights Under KVKK
As a personal data owner, you have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• To request information if your personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or abroad,
• To request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if processing reasons cease,
• To object to any outcome arising from automated processing that is detrimental to you,
• To demand compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful data processing.

Your application will be processed free of charge within 30 days unless it incurs an additional cost, in which case a fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority may be charged.
