PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING NOTICE WITHIN THE SCOPE OF CORPORATE IDENTITY AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES

1. Data Controller
Your personal data, as the data controller, is processed by Şevval Kuruyemiş Makinaları Gıda Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi, registered with the Denizli Trade Registry Directorate under registration number 21752 and located at Bozburun Mahallesi 7045 Sokak No:11 Merkezefendi/Denizli, within the scope of the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and within the framework of this Personal Data Processing Notice within the Scope of Corporate Identity and Communication Activities ("Notice"). Our company respects your concerns regarding the protection of your privacy and personal data. In this context, our Company processes your personal data in accordance with all legal provisions regarding the protection of personal data, primarily the KVKK, ensures that your data is securely hosted, and takes all necessary security measures against possible unlawful access.
With this Notice, the extent to which your personal data collected within the framework of all kinds of social responsibility projects, meetings, training, organizations, launches, raffles and other events organized by our Company in physical or digital media, organized on behalf of our Company, or in which our Company is involved, and the creation of content for you (e.g., interviews, videos and photographs) and the sharing of content on electronic or physical platforms to increase the value and awareness of our Company's corporate identity, and communication with you via social media, email, etc. ("Corporate Communication Activities") is explained. 2. Method of Collecting Your Personal Data and Legal Reasons for Processing
Your personal data is collected by our Company, fully or partially automatically, or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system, from physical and/or electronic environments within the scope of Corporate Communication Activities, through cameras, photo cameras, and other written, audio and visual recording devices and printed forms, e-mail, telephone, fax, post/cargo, company social media accounts and website, and other methods (channels) that may be added to these in the future, within the scope of the legitimate interest regulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK and, if available, the explicit consent personal data processing conditions (legal reasons).

3. Your Processed Personal Data Categories and Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, within the scope of Corporate Communication Activities, the personal data categories processed by our Company within the framework of establishing communication with you through social media accounts to promote our Company's services and/or to inform the public within the scope of social responsibility, through video/photo shoots, interviews, and other Corporate Communication Activities, announcements, news, and other promotions, and the purposes of processing your personal data are explained in detail below.

Your Identity Information: Your name, surname, social media usernames, and other identity data that can identify you.
Your Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact data, voice call recordings kept as required by customer representatives or call center standards, personal data obtained when you contact us via e-mail, company corporate social media accounts, etc.
Your Visual and Audio Data: Your photos and audio recordings that you have shared when you contact the Company through corporate social media accounts etc.
Your Customer Transaction Data: Personal data obtained when you contact us via e-mail, company corporate social media accounts, etc.

4. Transfer of Your Personal Data to Third Parties Located Domestically and/or Abroad
Within our Company, your personal data can only be accessed by our employees who have limited authorized access for the purposes specified above, to the extent necessary to fulfill their duties. On the other hand, your collected personal data, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, the legal obligation of the data controller, the establishment, use or protection of a right, the explicit consent personal data processing conditions (legal reasons) if legitimate interest is available:

• To our suppliers, potential suppliers and their employees (e.g., agencies providing digital marketing services, printing houses that receive printing services, and information technology and data hosting service providers) for the purposes of supplying products and/or services for the conduct of Company activities,
• To social media platforms, other press/broadcasting organizations, and other third parties by disclosing the content to the public in order to increase the recognition and value of our Company's corporate identity and to plan or carry out Corporate Communication Activities,
• It may be transferred to legally authorized organizations and private individuals for the purposes of fulfilling our Company's legal obligations and following up on legal matters.

5. Retention Period of Your Personal Data
Your personal data obtained during our Company's activities is stored and destroyed in accordance with the general principles and regulations specified in our Company's storage and destruction policy and procedures prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution, KVKK, the Regulation on Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data, and other relevant legislation. In this context, your personal data will be destroyed in the first destruction period if all of the personal data processing conditions in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK disappear. 6. Your Rights Under KVKK
As a personal data owner, we would like to inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,
• If your personal data has been processed, to request information regarding this,
• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request that the transaction made in this context be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, despite the fact that it has been processed in accordance with the law and other relevant legal provisions, and to request that the transactions made in this context and in the event that your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
• To demand compensation for the damage in the event that you suffer damage due to the illegal processing of your personal data.

In accordance with the KVKK and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller published on 10.03.2018 and the relevant current legislation, you can use the "Application Form Under the Personal Data Protection Law" located at https://www.sevval.com.tr/ to exercise your rights above;

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested from you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
