Our company respects your privacy concerns and ensures that your personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and other relevant data protection regulations, ensuring the security of your data and taking necessary precautions against unauthorized access.

This Information Notice explains the scope of the processing of personal data collected through physical or digital channels during any social responsibility project, meeting, training, event, launch, raffle, and similar activities organized by our Company, or in which our Company participates, as well as the creation and sharing of content (e.g., interviews, videos, and photographs) aimed at increasing the value and awareness of our Company's corporate identity through electronic or physical platforms, and the communication with you via social media, email, etc. ("Corporate Communication Activities"). 2. Methods of Collecting Personal Data and Legal Grounds for Processing

The collection and processing of personal data are based on the legitimate interest conditions stipulated in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK or, when necessary, upon obtaining explicit consent.

3. Categories of Processed Personal Data and Purposes of Processing
Within the scope of Corporate Communication Activities, the following categories of personal data are processed under the conditions outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK for the purposes of promoting our Company's services, public awareness projects, and customer engagement:

• Contact Information: Your address, phone number, email address, and other contact details, including recorded communications with customer service representatives via phone, email, or social media.

• Visual and Audio Data: Photographs and audio recordings shared through corporate social media accounts and other platforms.

4. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties Within or Outside the Country

Furthermore, your collected personal data may be transferred, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, under legal obligations, the establishment, use, or protection of rights, and legitimate interest conditions, to:

• Suppliers, potential suppliers, and their employees providing product and/or service procurement (e.g., digital marketing agencies, printing companies, IT service providers);

• Social media platforms, press/media organizations, and other third parties for the purpose of increasing the recognition and value of our Company's corporate identity and planning or conducting Corporate Communication Activities;

• Legally authorized institutions and individuals to fulfill legal obligations and for legal compliance.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data obtained during our business activities are stored and disposed of in compliance with KVKK, the Constitution, the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction, or Anonymization of Personal Data, and other relevant legal regulations. Personal data will be deleted during the first disposal period once all conditions for data processing under Articles 5 and 6 of KVKK are no longer applicable. 6. Your Rights Under KVKK
As a personal data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed,

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used in accordance with that purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred within the country or abroad,

• To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data and notification of such correction to third parties to whom data was transferred,

• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing cease to exist and to request notification of this process to third parties to whom data was transferred,

• To object to automated processing that leads to an unfavorable outcome for you,

• To request compensation for damages if you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may exercise your rights under KVKK by filling out the "Application Form Under the Law on Protection of Personal Data" available at [https://www.sevval.com.tr/] and submitting it through the following methods:

• By personally delivering it to Bozburun Mahallesi 7045 Sokak No:11 Merkezefendi/Denizli,

• By sending it via a notary to the same address,

• By emailing a digitally signed request via registered electronic mail (KEP) to sevvalmakina@hs03.kep.tr.

Depending on the nature of your request, it will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days, free of charge. However, if the process incurs additional costs, you may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority.

Please note that no special category personal data (e.g., religious beliefs or blood type information) should be included in the provided documents.
