The EB500 is the “first industrial oven capable of roasting in a salt environment” developed by Şevval Technology engineering. Thanks to this innovative system, especially products like in-shell sunflower seeds, in-shell peanuts, and pumpkin seeds are roasted directly in salt, gaining both more intense flavor and a unique crunchiness.
